Once upon a time, there was a sweet and playful kitten named Bitsy. She was nine years old, had fur as soft as silk, and eyes as bright as stars. One day, while playing in the park, she met three lovely kittens: Bella, Pelussa, and Floc. They became such good friends that they decided to create a little group of kittens.

“Meow!” said Bitsy, with her ears perked up. “Why don’t we start a school for cats?”

The others meowed happily, and that’s how the Cat School was born.

A few days later, the school opened its doors, and lots of curious cats arrived. But suddenly, a lady appeared with a little dog who said:

“My Txiqui wants to come to class too. Can he come in?”

Bitsy, thinking the school was only for cats, said:

“I’m sorry… but only kittens are allowed here.”

Later, talking to her friends, Bella said:

“Why not? Dogs can learn too!”

Bitsy panicked:

“Oh no! I said he couldn’t come, and now the lady is gone!”—and she started crying in her bed, thinking she had made a terrible mistake.

Bella came over and said:

“Don’t worry, we’ll find the lady and explain that she’s welcome.”

And so, Bitsy felt better.

The next day was Carnival, and King Carnival had announced:

“All animals must wear costumes!”

Bitsy had a brilliant idea:

“We’ll make an enchanted forest float! And we’ll be cat fairies!”

The friends worked tirelessly, attaching paper flowers, painting stars, and making sparkly hats. When the day of the parade arrived, all the kittens came out in their fairy costumes, and the float was so magical that everyone shouted,

“Look how cute!”

The villagers threw confetti and laughed with joy. And, as they were leaving, Bitsy saw… the lady with the little dog!

“Wait!” she called. “Your dog can come to school!”

The lady smiled and thanked them. And so, Cat School became a place where all animals were welcome.

Bitsy learned that sometimes we make mistakes, but we can always fix them. And, above all, that fun is better when everyone participates!

And they lived happily ever after, full of cat-like fun.
