Once upon a time, there was a very cheerful little girl named Laia, who lived with her 47-year-old dad. Laia was very excited because it was a very special day: Father’s Day!
The little girl woke up early and ran to Dad’s room with a big smile. “Good morning, Dad! Today we’re going to celebrate you like never before!” she said enthusiastically. Dad, half asleep, smiled and gave her a tight hug.
Together, they started the day with a breakfast of heart-shaped cookies and orange juice that Laia had made herself. Then, they drew a big poster with bright colors, where they wrote: “The best dad in the world!” and hung it on the dining room wall.
In the afternoon, they went to the park to play ball. Dad ran after the ball, and Laia ran after him, laughing nonstop. Every time Dad made a good throw, Laia clapped loudly and shouted, “You’re the best Dad!”
As the sun began to set, they sat under a tree and gazed at the sky, ablaze with orange and pink hues. Laia rested her head on Dad’s lap and said, “Thank you for being my dad and for always playing with me.” Dad looked at her with loving eyes and replied, “And thank you, Laia, for making me feel so special every day.”
And so, amidst hugs and laughter, they ended a perfect day. Laia knew there was nothing more beautiful than celebrating Father’s Day.
